Co-taught “Taxation” and “Tax Policy” courses to students undertaking Bachelor of Civil Law/Juris Doctor degree program. Researching global implementation of tax policies on the digital economy and conducting 10-year study of women in onshore/offshore finance. Co-organized tax policy colloquium series.
Consultant for “Money and Mobility: Investment Migration in a Post-COVID World” Project (PI: Kristin Surak) which investigates the demographic uptake and economic outcomes of “golden visa” and “golden passport” programs.
Developed syllabus and taught third year undergraduate “Political Sociology” course:
CancerSCREEN Project (PI: Stuart Hogarth, Department of Sociology): Researched financialization of medical diagnostics industry on cancer screening practices.
Studied conception of resource needs and economic decision-making of cloud users (Systems and Networking Group).
Conducted socio-legal, economic and anthropological research on offshore financial centres and studied cryptocurrencies and distributed ledgers through Institute for Money, Technology and Financial Inclusion. Supervisor: Bill Maurer
